Hummus with Spinach

Fresh spinach combined with chick peas make this tasty dip.

Directions

  1. Cook spinach, garlic and oil until spinach is tender but still green about 3 minutes.
  2. Blend chick peas in a blender or food processor until creamy.
  3. Add spinach mixture and salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Blend well and serve with chips, crackers, or even as a spread on a sandwich.
