Sigh! I can't stop thinking about eating, I can't be near food since it only takes a second for me to eat it, all I have to do is take a bite and it will awaken the beast inside of me. I drank two cups of hot chocolate and still I have this feeling. Why do I believe that food will fix it. My insides are feeling restless and I want food to numb it, but it doesn't work. So what am I going to do? I hate just eating and eating and it being far from filling.

I drank a mug of hot cocoa. I wasn't hungry, but if I did't drink anything I would have eaten. But I still wanted more so I drank a cappuccino and still not satisfied. Trying to fill some emptiness inside of me and I attempt to fill it with that which is physically sweet and filling but it fails and I am left here feeling weak and empty knowing that there is nothing that I can consume that will stop what is consuming me.

Today it begins. The 4 fistfuls of food challenge.
Breakfast:2 slices of bread, 1 pair of eggs and 1 cucumber
Lunch: 2 slices of bread, about half a cup of onions with 2 lettuce leaves and 4 slices of tasty cheese.
Dinner:3 corn fritters, handful of croutons, a piece of lasagna
Snack: cappuccino, hot cocoa
After I came home from work I couldn't really think about what to make that followed the 4 fistful challenge and the thought of it overwhelmed me, so I just made a salad and cheese sandwich. Now dinner, forget about it, I just had carbs to eat.
I need more ideas, because I don't got much.
