Yesterday was the day I decided to stop being R.C so I am expecting to eat a lot for the next few days unless I find another way to cope with my anxieties and worries.

For Suhoor, I just drank cappuccino. I could not get myself to eat since I had stuffed my face yesterday night with bread, pancakes, crumpets and more before I went to bed. Guess I was feeling frustrated yesterday or helpless so I ate to comfort me or numb me in some way. Feeling like I am not getting anywhere, so "what's the point!". That was a thought that was in my mind.
I did not want to eat anything else today because I did not want to feel like a walking stuffed thanksgiving turkey. Hope I do not get too hungry during the day or find it hard to work in the morning.

Its Ramadan. So Im not eating or drinking throughout the day.
After Iftaar:
Feel like eating more but if I do, I'm going to find it hard to concentrate in Tahajjud. Or get lazy to pray it. I should get up to pray now but I'm procrastinating and where there is procrastination there is a restless heart. tasks pile up in my head and when I do that, I just turn to food.
