From now; I am going to attempt to cut down my sugar intake to the recommended intake: 6 teaspoons.
Let's see how I go.....

When I meet up with people who I haven't seen in a while; they tell me "You've lost weight!". Which is odd because I weigh the same as the last time I saw them. Now its either the clothes or that some of my fat has been replaced with muscle as a result of my running, though I am not sure if Ive been running more.

I am struggling so much with my eating. It is out of control. It is unbelievable how much I can eat if I am not feeling at rest. Who knows how much I would weigh today if I didn't spend so much time running and walking. My exercising is very good, I don't need to improve on that. It is just the eating.
I have been drinking green tea. Just bought it the other day. Its starting to make a different alhamdulila.
I just need to find ways of fixing the way I feel. That's the reason I eat so much.
