I HATE THIS DIET!!!!!!!!!

This candida diet naturally leads to weight loss. I hope I get used to this way of eating after 2 months.

Weigh-in: 148.6 lb

lost so far: 10.1 lb

still to go: 16.3 lb

I've been on the candida diet for about a week now and I have lost 2 kilos already. I wasn't expecting that. I went on this diet to kill the candida inside of me or at least weaken it to a very high degree. It's a really difficult diet and very restrictive but I only have to be on it for 2 months so that gives me more of a reason to keep going. 9 days down; 51 to go!
