Hi There, I'm 62 years young, ex bull rider, motocross racer, and commercial fisherman/pastor. I pretty much beat my body up over the years. I hit a point where every extra pound I gained seemed to stick for good. I tried every nasty shake, pill, and potion to help me maintain a healthy weight. This site helped me make better food choices and having to document every day keeps me focused on my goal. I thank all the good folk on here for their support.
