I am single for the first time in 10+ years, I have stopped smoking, and now I need to get to grips with the rest of my health issues, including a long term bad lower back strain and weak ankles.

My Benefits from Adopting an Active Lifestyle
OMG I am so impressed by all of you. I am still working with the diet and how to eat well with working long hours. I know I need to exorcise, and I know that it is only me that is making excuses. I hurt my back a while ago, and still suffer from stabbing pains periodically, but I think that starting an exorcise routine will help.

My question to you all would be, what was the switch, what was that one thing that finally got you to get up and do it, but more importantly keep doing it?

Any tips would be brilliant, as I really struggle with this part of my life.
