Hearty Vegetable & Turkey Stew

Cabbage adds a great flavor to this very filling soup for delicious meals all week long.

  1. Sauté onion and garlic until tender in a large stock pot.
  2. Add fresh ground turkey and brown.
  3. Add remaining ingredients to the large stock pot.
  4. Simmer for 1 hour - stirring frequently as cabbage likes to sink to bottom.
  5. Note: freezes very well.
