I'm only 5ft 2 so extra weight really shows on me. I managed to get down to my goal weight in 2012 but then stopped paying attention to what I was eating and going to weekly classes that I was attending and managed to put it all (plus more) back on.
Now back focusing on myself and getting into good habits again.
