Check out the diet doctor (http://www.dietdoctor.com/how-to-lose-weight#1)and do it - this gives you a healthy way to do low carb. You don't want to just eat meat. You need leafy green, cauliflower and to eat fat too.

I've been doing this for 10 months and have gone from 223lbs to 155lb. I don't feel hungry at all, eat food I love and have much more energy and confidence. If all you eat is meat, then you won't have the same success because you'll eat too much protein.

Hope you find your path.

Snacks for ketogenic diet or atkins diet
I wrap a bit of ham round some cheese. That way you create little rolls that ward off any hunger pangs - yes it includes some meat, but they are lovely. I also like sticks of cucumber for a lovely satisfying crunch, but they are best cold so keep them in a thermal container - the small ones designed for kids drinks/snacks are good.

Atkins - Anyone used Keto Calculator before?
I haven't used it before, but thanks for pointing it out. I'm going to give it a go too. I really like the predictor - roll on a year's timeSmile
