Well...I have screwed this up big time. I always seem to start off with a bang but I lose focus so quickly. I was doing this a couple of years ago and it really seemed to help me but...after a little while it was just easier to buy the cheaper food and just not sign in here and take the responsiblity of not following through with the exercise (sp)and watching my diet. I'm really getting tired of this extra weight holding me back and the aches and pains that go with it. I REALLY want to go a a cruise in the next year or so and NOW is the time to get my health and happiness back. It's time to TRY to help my back and feet and knees from aching and who knows...maybe I'll be able to start sleeping better and having more "fun" with my wonderful hubby. TIME TO GET LIFE BACK!!!
