Whey Proteins.....what can you do with it?
I would shake a scoop of plain powder into 2 oz. ff milk and add it to my coffee as the "creamer". If the milk is slightly warmed (microwave), it tends to shake/blend better, than if if is cold. Definitely use a shaker bottle to eliminate lumps.
