Carbs... replacement foods
Hi! I found that zucchini is the perfect replacement for pasta, cauliflower and broccoli for potatoes. Also if you're cuting out carbs you need to up the fat intake, more than protein (healthy fats - coconut oil, butter, fat from meat). And this will keep you full longer, you'll also eat less.
