Holding steady. Need to step up the strength training. Spent the last few months struggling to get on a consistent schedule. Eating also needs to be adjusted. Not much, but need to drop certain snacks.

Not sure when the weight will drop again. Holding within a range. Good news is that my BF% is slowly going down even though the LBs are not. I'll keep up the strength trainig routine for now and look at continuing the adjustments in eating habits.

The spring purge begins. I always start to shed the excess weight in the spring. This year I weighed in at the highest I have ever weighed. In the last few weeks I have started to get back into a normal routine of eating and exercise. More activity means less snaking (even if it's "healthy") and more weight and body fat loss. I looking to get back to a reasonable weight by the end of May.

OK... Weight is up a litle and so is BF%. Strength training has beenn intermittent due to wife being ill. Cardio has been consistent. Diet has been only slightly off normal. Time to sstart making the small adjustments to get back on track.
