Not sure why the weight loss is as slow as it is. I still think the extra desk time (and mindless snacking there) has contributed to the initial gain. One observation I have made is when I snack less I do tend to eat more at my regular meals. Have to pay more attention to balancing the meals and snacks.

Been busier this week and trying to change my eating habits a little. The biggest issue is that I get home late and probably eat to much with not enough time before I have to go to bed. SO... I have been eating my dinner portion for lunch and my lunch portion for dinner. I don't overeat normally but have a tendency to snack more when I have more desk work. Just started this new routine four days ago so we'll see how this works.

Still strength training on a more consistent basis and BF% is holding pretty steady at 19% +/- a few. Hardest thing to control is my mindless snacking. I've had a lot more desk time in the last few weeks and I will unconsciously snack at my desk. It's not all bad stuff, just more than I should be eating. I'm just surprised that my BF % is holding steady. I know that my increase is not all due to "new muscle growth"(LOL). This is the most I have ever weighed in my life. Not uncomfortable, but getting uncomfortable with the number.

No reasoning for the gain. IF anything is different I think that I have been busier and not snacking as much. Maybe I'm wrong. Maybe its just my body's cycling through. Trend is still downward.

Five day trip to judge a martial arts promotion and tournament. Eleven hour drive there one day. Three days at the event. Eleven hours back. No time for snacking much less regular meals. What I did eat was good, but my appetite was down even though I was very active during the event. Maybe because I was so busy my appetite was suppressed. Either way I dropped a few pounds faster than I normally do this time of year. Hopefuly this will jump start my eating changes.
