Started Strength training again 11 days ago. Monday-Wednesday-Friday mornings in our home gym. Still fighting the neck injury. Weight is trending down and BF % is down 0.5. At least I'm going in the right directions.

Went on a weekend trip to visit my daughter in Western NY, near Niagara Falls. We did a lot of eating, drinking, and walking. So I thought. We were so busy that looking back I can see that I didn't eat as much as I thought. Plus, all the exercise lowered my appetite. Although it could be the meds I am taking to relieve the pain from my recent neck injury. EIther way, one pound at a time.
