Recovery from neck and shoulder pain is going well and my workouts are increasing in intensity again. My diet is out of sync and I am having trouble balancing intake with how busy I have been since the first of the year. One step at a time.

NOthing new to really report. Able to start increasing activity slowly. Still no impact work as the pain will return. Adjusted eating just enough to stop the increase. It is takin longer to recover than originally expected. Day at a time.

Although I haven't changed my diet I am sure that the extra weight is due to my limiting my activity due to the strain in my neck. Body fat is up over the last three weeks. I believe that is due to the additional cortisol and adrenaline fighting the continuous "Pain in the neck" (literally). Symptoms are improving, but it is going to be a few more weeks before I will be back at full intensity. I'll be starting to trim my calorie intake to match my activity level until I can get back into a regular routine.
