I am a mother of two beautiful kids, I work a full time monday through friday desk job. I am constantly busy with kids, work, and my wonderful boyfriend who told me about this site. I am just trying to get back to eating healthy, and fit in my clothes comfortably. After the holidays things are fitting a little snug. Looking forward to being healthy :)

Back on track
After fights mostly. When I am really mad or really sad I tend to eat everything and anything. When I'm stressed I dont eat at all. I forget to eat because I have no appetite. I know none of this is healty. That's why this site has been good for me. Holds me accoutable for some reason.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
Naked every single morning now that I have a scale. I think it helps me stay motivated.

Back on track
Ok I think I'm back on track. I even started running when I have time. I found that I am an emotional eater. That is why I've been up and down so much lately in calorie intake...I think I'm good now...here we go again Smile
