Do you post exactly what the scale says?
I record every single day as well. It sucks too see gains and have my graph look like a rollercoaster but i think its good. Since all calories aren't created equal. It shows me what my body did and didn't digest the day before!

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
Probably twice or three times a day! But I only put the morning weight into my fitness calendar

Sensa - Has anyone tried the diet product called Sensa?
Please don't do it! Expensive and it contains MSG! Instead, I like to sprinkly fiber (Benefiber) on all of my food. Keeps me thin!
