Hi All,
I just want to get some constructive feedback on my diet. I have started from the 7/01/13 and been deligent on tracking what i have been eating. On a 12 week program and want to maximise my fat loss. Please check over my diet and see if i can replace anything.

I Have lost 21kg's since Sep 2011 but the last few weeks i have noticed that my weight is remaining constant even though i have reduced my calories and increased my workouts...... but still nothing
Im looking to drop another 5kg's but feeling really demotivated.
Any suggestions on how i can kick start my weight loss again.
