Retired, mother of two grown children,and grandmother of six. I,m married to my best friend, Dave. I've had weight issues for as long as I can remember. Major yo-yo dieter. I have been battling fibromyalgia for six years, and have not been on a good exercise program. Some of the sleep medication I take, makes me ravenously hungry at night. Many night's. I eat all night long. Carbohydrates mostly. Often I will wake in the am to food packages strewn all over. Of course,the food is gone. I am so embarrassed if Dave sees' the carnage. My weight is causing major back pain because
My large stomach pulls on my back. One leg goes numb and is so painful. I am praying that this will be the place to find encouragement, wisdom and knowledge to get back on the healthy track!
