I was 230 pounds back in high school... I dropped down to 180 by the time I got out thanks to Martial Arts, but never really got much below that, after about 3 or so more years I got down to 175... but that's still over weight for my height and I want to be better then that. My biggest motivation is my best friend, he's my inspiration for alot of things and I couldn't be more thankful for that. I don't really think there's any way I would have ever taken on this challenge if we had never met, but I'm determined to get down to 145 pounds. When I started this I was at 175 & as I join this site I'm down to 165, so only 20 pounds to go. You'd think it'd be easy, but it's not. I hate it but I hate being unhealthy and over weight more. So wish me luck... I won't stop till I reach my goal, I might fumble a bit often but I won't stop.
