Hi I'm Liz and new to this program. My doctor recommended this site and I am glad she did. I have always been overweight most of my life. I would lose some and then gain it right back plus. I am hoping that the reality of seeing what I eat with the amount of calories is enough of an incentive to cool it. So far it has. I am looking forward to getting buddies for help and hopefully helping someone too.
