Hello, my name is Lisa. I am 38 and my starting weight is 235lbs (the most I have ever weighed) I still can't believe that the person in the mirror is actually me. I realize that I can't be 25 again, but I'd like to be the sexiest/healthiest me I can be. I have two teenaged children and I never lost the baby weight after my second child. I just kept gaining over the years. That was 15 years ago! Enough is enough. I want to be fit and healthy, and I want to stay that way!
