performance: losing 2.0 lb a week
I am 28 years old and have never been skinny! I have done the yoyo diet thing since 18, hoping every time would be the time I would "get it" and make the life style change. But I always seem to put the weight back on, usually plus 10, before I decide to diet again. Unfortunately I Love cooking and eating deliciously bad foods and washing them down with a few more useless calories in beer. Plus I work 2 jobs putting in about 65 hours Monday – Friday and therefore sleeping away my weekends, which makes it very difficult to exercise.
In the past I have done well with counting calories without being too strict, however these past few years it’s just not cutting it. This time is a new adventure for me, low calories and only good carbs from fruits and veggies. I have also borrowed my mom gazelle and am determined to use it this time!!
