I'm 26 going on 40. I hate that I'm so heavy and this time I'm really planning a change. I've really cut back on the starbuck and eating out. For a while I would get starbucks every morning, mcdonalds for breakfast, more fast food for lunch. In the last 3 weeks I've only eaten out 5 times. Slowly but surely. I've lost 6.5lbs in the last two weeks and I'm happy about that. I plan on taking it one day at a time.
