I started this journy on the 24th of January 2012 at 201lbs. I have a goal in mind of 150lbs and I'm slowly getting there. I'm getting married on July 14th 2012 and I was hoping to be at my goal by then but if I'm not it's all good I will be happy with whatever weight I have lost. This far it's been a hard run. Weighing myself in everyday to watch the flucuation so I know what I'm doing wrong and how I can fix it. All I can do is continue on with what I'm doing and change it up here and there to make it all work. Wile all the way saying to myself "Strive for a better tomorrow and don't worry about today!"

Update: December 9th 2012

Well after the wedding I fell off the weight loss wagon. But now I'm back on agian with another goal in mind. We are going for our honeymoon in April and well I want to feel better about myself when we go.(even a little will make me feel better) In the time off I almost put back all the weight I had lost before and was very upset with myself for letting all the hard work go out the window. My goal is still 150lbs and I will get there someday.(sooner then later I hope) Here is to everyone on this journy. We will all get to where we want to be as long as we keep our minds to it :)
