How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I weigh in every day. If I don't get the chance to do so I don't feel well. I'm going for something on my diet and I kinda need to see the progress every day. Weight Loss may stall or I may even gain some grams at times. But I find it very important to keep track of the little dots in the overall picture.
