I am happy to change this bio and to be able to remove the part that read "cigarettes are controlling my time". So I have quit smoking and although I have pretty much been constant with my weight, I consider it a good thing with all the rumors of weight gain so often associated with quitting. Other then that, I am sure with my exercise I have turned some fat into muscle somewhere and I'll still try to lose those stubborn 2-5 pounds that have lingered. God bless!
