I used to be 119 Lbs and super fit but after getting married and getting older I kind of gave up, I used to dance all the time and go to the gym anyway I have always walked my dog but I have just been eating junk food for the past 5 years and it's now caught up with me, I want to loose and tone up and get rid of my wobbly bits. So I am going to do the 5:2 eating plan and work out as much as I can and hopefully I can track my progress here.
