My dog is better now so it's off hiking we go!! which in turn helps me loose 2Lbs this week yay

It was my fast day yesterday and I weighed myself I know I shouldn't but curiousity got the best of me, I weighed 140Lbs dead on yet this morning when I weighed my self again I was 138Lbs I will give it a couple of days and weigh myself again hopefully the latter figure is the true one!!
Here's hoping.

Friday is fast day, this is my second fast and so far so good, kept it to below 600 cals which isnt great but i am planning on doing dome exercise later to offset the extra few calories, I found that the day after my fast I wasn't even hungry we shall see tomorrow how I feel, going for dinner tomorrow night sushi yay can't wait.

It seems that I have gone over my 500 calories today but I did manage a 15 min workout and a 15 min brisk walk so I'm hoping to have broken even, Its my first fast so next time I can be better prepared for how I will feel.
I do feel great though and can't wait to eat more healthy foods tomorrow.
Oh and that's the first workout I have done in years so quite pleased I got to 15 mins my face is still bright red.
