Hi I'm Kannis. I have been over weight for a great part of my life. I began to gain weighr in jr high and never really cared about my weight. I was never really pick on or bothered so it was never a issue for me. Then came high school and lots of other challenges in my life. And while my mom wanted to help she only caused me to want to eat more. Buying me slim fast and making me weigh in front of her made me feel horrible. Life happened and I married young and grew to a whopping 230! Not even realizing it I was out of shape and not happy. My journey has been one of ups and downs. I am hoping to become healthier and stronger. I would like to at least lose 50 pounds.
