First day on SBD - Are you counting calories as well as carbs?
Today is my first day of the SBD and I was formerly just doing a calorie count but I have 98 days till my wedding and honeymoon in Hawaii so I want to drop some LBs fast! I was wondering if anyone is losing weight on SBD without counting calories or if I should do both hand in hand. Thanks!
