Hello...I am in the military, 43yrs old, 6ft 1in. I actually found the site by mistake when I was looking for some way to count my calories. I am not actually on the Blood Type diet but I am reading the book and utilizing some of the food tips right now. I am gradually trying to make the switch to the diet suggested for my blood type.
I am not overweight but can shed a few pounds. I have made major changes in my diet and watch every single calorie I take in. I am trying to keep on a 2000 calorie a day diet. If you need any help or encouragement I am here to assist.
