Ah found the area for the bio. Here I am.
Well I'm Julie, I'm 38 married with plenty of animals but no children.
I've yo-yo dieted most of my life but in the last few years not so much, I think that has been down to contentment, however, now that I'm content and not so worried about peoples perception of me I have allowed myself to go down the route of not worrying, so here I am nearly 2st over weight for my small height and frame. Not horrendously unfit, I'm quite active and went to the gym a lot during Jan-Jul 12 so I'm not starting from scratch there although tell me brain that.
I'd like to lose a stone initially then hopefully carry on altogether I think 11/2 st would be good I'd like more but I'll go with that for now.
I recently started to learn to bake/cook so I am not helping myself but I do love it and will see what I can adapt to low fat and what I just can't be eating right now.
I'm simply counting calories, no big named diets, no fads, pills etc so watch this space.
