hi there....
well im on here for the same reason as most in all truths! i used to be slim, fit and healthy and i joined the army... i was always great at my job and my life was amazing! i fell pregnant and as horrible as it sounds my world came crashing down where had my figure gone? my career? it all seemed to slip away and in my mind i was no longer a fit healthy soldier i was just a mum who couldnt fit her clothes... ive now got 2 children and no longer in the army and i let things slip i mean really slip ive put soooo much weight on i feel ashamed and this is my bid to regain the person i used to be not necessarily be a stick but i would like to put my running shoes back on.... i will get there :-)
