Hi! My name is Elfrida. I am a 47 year old woman; 48 in 2 1/2 months. Wow! Anyways, when I started my weight loss journey in January 12, 2018 I did that because of wanting to look good. I just wanted to be skinny. Now it has become a health thing. I was diagnosed with aortic and mitral valve regurgitation. It is not major but I need to take care of myself if I want to see my new almost here grandson grow up.
