I have wondered that myself. Hope to hear some opinions on that. I guess I would agree that it stretches some muscles, but I had a hard time getting up my heartrate with it.

New to Forum forever trying to keep weight off
Thanks for that, OneDay! I always kind of thought that I did not easily form new habits that quickly...not good ones anyways. It is nice to know maybe some of us take a little longer.

Weight
I'm sorry if this sounds obvious, I don't mean for it to sound that way, but are you weighing your food? I find that the difference between weighing mine versus using a measuring cup can be way, way different. (pun...sorry)

Or, maybe, it could just be one of "those" weeks when you do things right but they go wrong anyway. Either way, Good luck this week, Rambler.
