What a let down.
I feel for you Michael. I am not very fit and it 'feels' scary to me to get my heart rate up. I think you will be surprised as you lose weight, that exertion gets a little easier. At least, it is starting to with me. I agree with summer. You can take off weight without exercise, it just takes longer.

I am not were versed in which exercises that you could do without causing further injuries, but I bet there are a few. If your insurance allows, maybe you could ask your doctor to prescribe a few visits with a physical therapist? S/he probably knows exactly how to address your health concerns.

At any rate, I will say a prayer for you. That is where real strength comes from anyway.

Oh, I will be watching for answers on that one myself. Even if it did not calculate anything, it would be nice to have a place to record them all in one place.
