Too much fat
also try to buy low fat cheese and diary products , use olive oil, and take the healthy fats like almonds, and nuts.

Low Metabolism?!!??!
i will try to increase my calories, and see what happens, i wish i don't gain weight. i have large ovarian cysts, and the only exercise i can do is walking, and that is what i'm doing, about 1 hr/day. i wish things change to the best, and thank u all for.
