Hello, I am a 62 year old lady living in Florida. I usually swim 2-3 hours a week and walk but work was causing me stress and I ended up snacking non stop. I was laid off (bittersweet) and am now taking the time to be more conscientious about my eating habits...again. When I was overeating, I felt so out of control and mad at myself all the time. I couldn't get satiated, I always wanted to eat and sugar was a huge factor. I am finally back on track, logging and weighing in and ready for some fasting challenges.

Fake Sugar Debate
I have always tried to eat a "natural" diet. I am a vegetarian and need to lose 50 pounds. Any feedback on healthier non sugars? I went from Klondike sugar free (100 calories) to Fat Boy mini sandwiches (110 calories)and can tell I started having food cravings again. I am pretty sure its "healthier to eat fake sugar" then be 50 pounds overweight. So hard to win Sad
