I have been dedicating a few nights a week to the gym and really want to get myself down to a healthy weight. 40 lbs is going to take some work, and any support or encouragment would be great! Lets be accountability buddies : )

How is your RDI working for you? How did you choose it?
I am setting my current RDI to 10x my halfway goal weight.. so 1400. Once I get down to 140lbs I will try to adjust to eating 1200 calories per day and get all the way down. I work out 5-10 hours per week, so I think its a healthy balance.

Sushi Fanatics?!!
thanks guys!!! Do you think the calorie counts on here for sushi are pretty accurate for a regular japanese place (not fast food style)

Sushi Fanatics?!!
Hey All,

I am a HUGE sushi fan, I used to eat it 2-4 times a week! I am such a sucker for the sushi buffet, but now I feel like it may not be as healthy as I once though. I have up philadelphia rolls (smoked salmon, avo, cream cheese), because I know I don't need the cream! I've also started having more sashimi (raw filets with no rice).

Any suggestions on healthiest combos? Or even which sashimi is best to pick? Smile

FITWORKS (specifically itworks wrap)
Spa's administer things like this too, I've heard those definately work. For many people, alot of our weight/inches is bloating and unneseccary, so i think these squeeze it out.

your arm is smaller when in a cast because you cannot move it and you lose a lot of your muscle mass.
