Pcos??
It's hopeful to know that losing the weight will help.
How did you lose the weight the first time?
Also, since I am about to get married...what do you think caused you to gain the weight back?
Please don't tell me it was married life...

Pcos??
I have also been recently diagnosed with PCOS. My doctor says that this is a very broad diagnosis with a misleading name. I have all the symptoms, but no actual cysts on my ovaries. My doctor actually said that losing the weight may be my cure. Right now my fiance and I aren't quite ready to have children, so I am not treating my PCOS with anything other than old fashioned healthy diet choices and regular exercise.
I'm not sure if I have always been overweight because I've had PCOS or if I have PCOS from being overweight. Any thoughts?
