Combination of GOOD carbs and protein. Aim for 250-350 calories per meal. Not to exceed 1400 for the day.

Guidelines:
We can't expect to lose any weight sitting on out butts! Shoot for 30+ minutes 3-6 times a week of both cardio and strength excersies!
