Where do I start....
I reached my highest weight ever in May of 2003 of 246 lbs. (I might have been higher but I never weighed myself so I can not be sure.) I started to lose weight just because I saw a picture of myself with my nephew. I had roll after roll and I did not know where or how I got them. That was it for me.
I have done a few diets in the last 10 years ... Atkins ... Curves ... Atkins (again) ... Weight Watchers (on my own) and finally now Weight Watchers with meetings. I find that knowing that every week someone else sees what I weigh is better then just me knowing. I have been a member of Weight Watchers since September 2007 and I am now a Lifetime member. Even though I still have problems maintaining my weight.
I gave birth to my little dd in November of 2012 and I need to get healthy and in shape for her sake. I am having back problems due to the weight I am. I don't every want to tell my dd that I can't play with her because it will hurt too much.
I vow to get into shape and be a healther me for her and my husband in 2013!
As for goals....
* I would love to be 135lbs on the day that I return to work from maternity leave.
* I would love to have nothing jiggle when I jump or wave my arms (other then boobs) lol
* I would love for all my girlfriends to be jealous of me instead of it being the other way around.
So this is me ... 35 years old and happy with my life but not my weight.
