Good point-I have just calculated how many steps I need to take to make 2.73 miles and I am adding in some Wii Fit aerobic stepping exercises so even though the 6km is not much of a challenge-it does ...

Equivelant Exercise
I am doing 30 minutes on a stationary bike every day at different resistance settings and today clocked on 6.662 miles. Can I count this as my 6k?
