Omelette Ideas
Left over asparagus, green beans, yellow squash, cherry tomatoes, any left over meats or fish, eggs are so versatile. I might even try a peanut butter and jelly with banana scramble, I will post if it tastes ok.

Raspberry ketone
I am a type 2 diabetic and using the raspberry ketone really screwed up my glucose levels wished I had researched it more before I purchased the stuff.
