Just to give a little update about myself thought I would let y'all know that I'm in the lovely state of NC. Wonderful state mountains on one end and ocean on the other, everything in-between. Can you believe that I found that I love to eat many decadent things like ice cream, sweets, bread, cheese and, and and... you get the picture. So I decided to take matters into my own hands when the scale continued to climb and my energy dropped and mood went south. I follow The Simple Diet by James W. Anderson, M.D.. When looking at my exercise journal I do not record any walking till I go over the 8000 step mark due to the fact that I walk that daily at work.
