Glucomannon
I bought this because it's supposed to work as an appetite suppressant. It's high in fiber. Wow, did it work! I am a believer.

Advice for weight loss
Try to get more fiber and protein. Use the food guide here and you can see what works. Yogurt and fruit makes a great semi-sweet snack that will keep you from craving more. Your body feels full longer with fiber and protein. Try to change your "craving" and accept that you have trigger foods. See a nutritionist if you can. Good luck!

Calories Burned
I just started using the calories burned part of the site Rolling Eyes
Now I know exactly how much I can eat and still lose weight each day! So excited Smile
I used to use another website which didn't tally your daily calorie burn as well. I love this feature, it's so helpful.

Finally did it
Good for you! In my 50's I slowly crept up to a size 12 over a 5 year period. Now that I retired, and lost the extra 15 pounds I'm back to a size 10. Love staying the same size Smile
