43..Very low activity besides chasing my grandson around...very happily married (we've BOTH put on 60 -75 lbs)...Really READY to get in my best shape ever. I've had great...no strike that..really GOOD success (maximum weight loss in last 5 years was 55 lbs...My head got big and I slacked off. lol I gained what I lost PLUS 13 lbs. I'm so ready to get off of this rollercoaster and make lifestyle changes for me and for my husband and daughters. I want to be the example to inspire them! I'M COMMITTED.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
Once per day..first thing in the morning before I eat or drink anyting. They say it's contrary to success...but honestly it REALLY keeps me on track. I lost 55 pounds doing it this way previously.
