I am 46yrs. old I have a job in sales. I have been an athlete my whole life but the last 10 years have been rough...slowed down, gained weight and feel terrible. I played football in college and told myself I would never run again unless I wanted to...I haven't... and now I want to and can't for more than a couple of minutes at a time. Time to get back in shape!
